Making the Cut day 30

Day 30 was Thursday, May 13, 2010.

This was a short one, only 33 minutes, largely because it didn't have any of the cardio intervals in the circuit. I made a concerted effort to use heavy weights, especially for the low-rep exercises. I rounded it out with 45 minutes on the elliptical machine while watching the Celtics. In some ways, it was a bit anticlimactic after the marathon that was day 29. In some ways, it might have felt more satisfying to have the last day be one where I had to push myself even further than before, but this ending was satisfying, as well. The fact that I could sort of breeze through it made me feel strong.

I'll do my final measurements on Saturday and try to do a wrap-up of the whole experience.
