I had my body fat measured today, and I am 28% body fat. I also discovered that my lean mass is 124 pounds. That means that my goal weight of 125 pounds is really unrealistic, as that would require burning up lean mass. My new goal weight is 142, which will make my body fat percentage 15%, if I don't lose any lean mass. It is sooooo nice to know that my goals were absolutely foolish! 142 pounds is definitely achievable. I CAN do that! I reset my ticker for 142 pounds. That was wonderful to be able to do that. Hooray for muscle mass!
