Week 20 - May WK2 Results

So this week I lost 0.6lbs. Yes a loss is a loss BUT be honest don't we always think that it should be more. So I have to force myself to celebrate and not get down because I didn't lose more. I did my toning every day this week except Monday because Lillian changed her schedule on me so I was thrown off. I did make it to the gym. I also managed to get in 3 fruits a day. Now I have to work on getting in my veggies more than once a day.
My challenge will be the weekend as we are traveling. So I have to stay active. The weather is suppose to be nice so I need to get outside and walk. (That reminds me that I should pack my pedometer.)
I think that's it. I really don't have that much to say in this blog.
Oh my hubby did ask me a few days ago if I was sick of eating oatmeal everyday for breakfast. I looked at him and smiled and said no. Then he asked me how long I've been eating it. My response about 6 months. Maybe 1 day a week on the weekend I eat something else.
My little precious baby girl is going great. I now put her in her crib in the morning and afternoon for a nap. Sometimes is goes well and other times it doesn't BUT I keep her in there. She usually falls to sleep after about 20 minutes. It's nice to have a break where I can get some things done around the house or for work.
