I actually met all of my protein goals today and had my minimum goal for carbs too! I feel good knowing that I got those in. I also tried a belly dancing class tonight which made me want to take my mom's aerobics class in the morning. I can't wait to see the pounds start to melt off again.

    How did you like Belly Dancing? It's something I want to try because I think it looks cool, but have never actually tried it.
