So...right after I announce that I've upped my cardio goals, I have two days with no activity! Did I give up though? Of course not!!
I simply readjusted the plan for this week to account for that and should still reach my total cardio goal of 2500 calories burned this week. Of course, this also helps with this week's fitness challenge...an added bonus!
I will not stop. I will not give up. There is no turning back! I'm going to keep moving forward with this thing. Again, my Doryism..."just keep swimming, swimming, swimming..."
