Day 43: Need to exercise

So today I jumped on the scale after forgetting to last week and I had a 5 lb drop YEAH!! But I can't help but wonder how much it would be if I could have worked out these past 2 weeks. First family obligations got in the way and as I said in my last blog I've been sick. I don't feel bad just this stupid cough. I tried to a simple band workout just so I could get something in.Well as soon as I got a little hot I started coughing my head off and had to grab my inhaler to stop them. Sooooooo no working out till the darn thing is gone.

Do you know how that is screwing up my goals LOL.

    Keep at it. Your wt. loss is something to celebrate! emoticon It's really hard to exercise when you're sick. Concentrate on eating healthy and resting so you can get well. And then start your exercises back! emoticon
