Hit the ground running starting wieght 180lbs.

Okay so be motivated! I have to get this weight off so I must do everything I can to get it off!! did 15 min of low impact this morning, then walked 1.1 mi in 20 min. Not the greatest but determined to get this flabbiness off! today start the weight loss.

Starting weight 180lbs.
