Ok. I said on my sparkpage that I would blog again one day. I guess today is the day! Yay…

Announcement. Plateau FINALLY busted!

OMG this feels good. I've been stuck teeter tottering between 202 and 199 lbs since Mar 9 this year. witw! (that's my new IM for "what in the world"). I mean seriously. I would get on the scale and see 199 almost every single time. I grew to sincerely hate the number...lol.

Anyway, I finally, finally did it. Cracked the scale and have sustained the weight for 3 days... at 197!

I realize what it was though. In March, I was working major overtime on my little website. Working 20-30 hours after my full time job every week. Regular exercise went out the window despite still watching what I was eating.

Then in April, pretty much ready to throw the scale OUT THE WINDOW (lol), I was still working on the site. But this time with fixing bugs and such. Then my birthday came, (yes, my name is April and I was born in April :P) and I allowed myself too much leeway, which put me up at 202. No exercise, no tracking, and making poor food choices again.

But May! Oh sweet May! I'm back. The site launched, I got my food back under control and now I'm exercising regularly again. That put me back at 199. Now, after really really focusing, I finally see 197.

Praises be...! I mean seriously. This has to be the sweetest two pounds yet. You know what I mean??

    Happy that you broke your plateau! Blogging is all good, especially at times like this when you want to shout out to the world your good new...hooray on your weight loss! Keep up the good fight!!
