Need Advice On Calorie Intake!

Am I o.k. if I take in between 1400 and 1800 calories a day??
Spark is recommending 2000-2400. I just can't eat that much food!
My gym work outs can be intense. I log about 120-150 minutes a day of cardio.
Plus I'm 27 y/o, sedentary (completely sitting) job, weigh 186.
Is 1400 calories just down right unhealthy for me? Or am I just going to lose weight faster?
I stay in the recommended ranges in fat & protein... I come shy on carbs and calories...
Someone give me some advice...Maybe there is a nutritionist out there?
