I did a Lot of Strength Exercises today:
10 Lying Single-Leg Raises; 20 Dumbbell Side Bends; 20 Close-wall Pushups; 10 Hip Flexor & Extension;
10 Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extensions; 20 Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls; 20 Seated Dumbbell Triceps Extensions; 15 Dumbbell Chest Press, 10 Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Also walked a bit over a mile.
Had a Census crew meeting @ 9AM. I will have a meeting in the morning and I am supposed to get a book for a girl that quit due to getting a full time job elsewhere. So that will be good. I can get some more hours.
