Hungry when getting off work

Okay so I've been doing really good when getting off work and eating a pack of almonds or fruit on the way home to prevent from eating the first thing I get my hands on when walking in the house. But yet and still I'm very hungry when I walk in the door! I don't know why...maybe it's because of my bad habits before this new healthy life style! But I really need to figure out how to focus on something else other than FOOD when I walk in the door. emoticon

    Walk right into the bathroom and brush your teeth. Wash your face.
    Change into some comfortable clothes. Go thru the mail.
    Just to name a few. You need to set a new routine that you will follow.
    After several weeks, it will become 2nd nature.
