Still not running but continuing with low-impact step aerobics, abs, upper body weights. I'm going to give it a couple weeks before attempting to run again and hopefully, I'll be 100% ready to go! I've signed up for a local 5K on June 26th; that will now be my FIRST 5K! emoticon
