It is difficult to take off the weight, especially as we get older. Just keep working at it and remember that if we take it off slowly there is the better chance that we will keep it off. I have 25 pounds to lose and it seems like a mountain but if i take it a pound at a time it will happen. hang in there. 3851 days ago
