“I have had to fight like hell and fighting like hell has made me what I am.”
John Arbuthnot Fisher

“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger

As I sit here I've been trying to figure out what to wrote for days. Its been a mental block. Today cleared all that as I had to go to the doctors. Not for a weigh in but for pain, something that should not be there. So I went to have it checked out. Turns out they are running tests to check my gall bladder, and appendix. It seems just as I get on my feet something tries to knock me back. However I refuse to give up. I will face these things head on and find a way through. On a positive note the doctor posted more loss for me. Like the little engine that could I'm taking it slow and steady. I think that is the key. Stay on track and stay focused.

May your day be filled with things that make you stronger.

Well, call me Pollyanna, but maybe these things are all coming to the surface, one after another like this, just so that you can finally emerge like the beautiful butterfly that you are, pain-free at last, and healed in every way. Your wonderful attitude will certainly make that possible! Keep your chin up and your eyes on the prize!
