Ready for week 4

After 3 weeks on SP I fell better, I know I can do better compared with I had done so far. Considerably better related to portion control.

I'm feeling lighter, with more room to fir into my clothes and with a lot more energy since 3 weeks before.

Another change, I feel motivated to comply, step by step, with my ambitious goal to be under the 200pounds mark by April 2011!!!
