Biggesst Loser Challenge 13/ Dark Blue Divas

SO this is the first week of the Biggest Loser Challenge round 13. It's a 12 week challenge and I'm on team DARK BLUE DIVA'S. It's a long challenge for me and my pass history with weight loss has not been consistency .I always give up. So my to priority is ... DO not quit. I will not let myself and team down.





D- Do all of the challenges I can.
O- Open Mind & willingness to try new thing and take suggestions.


N- Nutrition is key so stay with calories range and eat healthy foods.
O- Others are important so I need my Diva's to help me on the journey.
T- Take time to give support.

Q- Quite time and rest is must..
U- Up and moving getting my 60 min of exercise per day.
I- I can't do it along so let's go Divas
T - Time to walk the walk and make it happen in 2010.
