I seem to be at a standstill. I lost 30 lbs and I am at a standstill. My movitation to eat right and workout is starting to waver. I haven't been to the gym as often as I should and I am not eating correctly all the time. I am tracking it! lol!

I have two weeks until I see most of my family for my nephews high school graduation and my parents anniversary. I'm hoping that I can take off at least another 4 lbs! I am still smaller than I was last year at this time.

I haven't been doing too bad this week. My sister and I are taking my parents out to eat for Mothers Day. My mother picked a smorgasbord place. I am going to have to be real careful tomorrow!!

I weigh in on Wednesday, so, I will let you know how it goes!!!

Don't you dare give up or stop believing in yourself. You deserve the best for you, so find ways to make time to get your fitness in even if its in 10 minutes at intervals throughout the day. Keep tracking your foods and when in a difficult situation try and choose the better healthier choices for foods. Try mixing up your fitness cardio routines and if you aren't doing some strength exercises try adding a few in this week using the demos here on the site.
You've come incredibly far, I cannot wait until I can say I've lost 30 pounds. Feel good if not GREAT about what you've done so far and know you are capable and determined to do more.
As Dory says in Finding Nemo.... "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..."
Remember move forward. Each day is a challenge but you can find ways to make it your day. emoticon

Don't give in or up. This is a journey and each day is a new beginning and step towards the you you want to be. We have all been there. shoot, I have passed the same weight now three times. But do I give up? nope, I just change something up and begin again. THis week I finally saw a 3 pound loss. My suggestion to you is change something up. Go one more minute with the exercise, eat a new food. Enjoy the ride.
