My study tip!

So, exams are looming and I'm trying to spend as much time as I possibly can without going insane to revise. But that meant a huge step back to the amount of physical activity that I do in a day. And with study leave starting the week after next, I won't be walking for around 1.5 hours every day to college as I have been. Most importantly it means that along with my brain going numb, the rest of my body does to.
So I've decided that every hour I spend cramming in notes, sitting test papers, marking them and looking for miracle websites to get me the grades that I want, I will take out 15 minutes and put my headphones on and just dance, jog and run on the spot.
Besides your brain stops absorbing information after about 40-45 minutes anyway, so taking a break is necessary. Also the physical activity will result in my body screaming out for water, so I will definitely have my 8 glasses a day. But most importantly regular exercise increases blood flow to the brain, which makes you more alert and attentive- so I'll be able to cram more in my brain. Regular exercise also reduces stress levels - so I won't end up having a break down and I'll be able to retain all the information that I need.
Hope it helps!
Good Luck!
