Your Fav Cardio!!! Tell Me...

I need to break a plateau so I need all of your help! I want to SHAKE IT UP this week and push through to my goals.

Tell me your Favorite Cardio and Quick Fires (things you do for 5 minutes here or there throughout your day).

I will take them and use them each day to rev up my workouts and burn those extra calories my body seems to be dying to hang on too!

    Our twin toy Poodles, Buddy and Brandy are almost 11 years old and weigh about 9 pounds each. When my wife and I go out to walk, they always REALLY want to go too but they can't walk as far as we want to. So after they take care of their "business", I pick them both up, one under each arm, and we accelerate our walk to very brisk so we are getting cardio. Carrying both dogs increases my effort so my DW and I are more "balanced" and both work up a sweat when we walk our route of about 2 miles. It also doubles as strengh training for my arms!

    So I don't know how heavy your Pomeranian Jasper is, but if he is small enough for you to carry, you might consider walking AWAY from your home until Jasper is ready to stop, then picking him up and carrying him back home so YOU get some cardio in too!

    so,during the day i'll try and jog a little if i'm walking somewhere. Or skip! Maybe do a round of fast squats to get my heart rate up when i go to the bathroom. Definitely take all stairs possible. Walk back down them just to walk back up them.

    I hope this helped a little, i saw you huddled for support in the Picnic Basket Babes. I'm struggling myself at the moment, but just look at what you've done already? We're doing well, and no matter what mistakes we make right now, it won't undo what we've done straight away, so let's keep at it. You can do it! You ARE doing it!!!!
