So currently i feel like I'm stuck in constant travel mode.... have been on the move since December and I feel like it makes things harder for me to stay motivated on going to the gym. When I'm not at home I seem to forget eating healthy and no gym available I don't get much exercise, even though i know i should.. And to make things worse when I'm home its even harder for me to motivate myself to go to the gym. Not for a day, but any long term status that is what i actually need.
I feel like since i am only home for a few weeks its hard to actually get back into it. Since my husband is in the navy it makes things a little difficult because i have been traveling so much lately. Currently i am visiting him in virginia and on week 3 of hotel living.... luckily we changed to a hotel that had a few stove burners and a full size fridge so hopefully things will get easier. And there is a gym on base i can attend.... wish me luck :) I'm trying to get motivated again since summer is way too close.
So how I started to get my motivation back was simply by picking up a Shape magazine and reading it.... seems like even the small act of reading about fitness gets me slightly motivated! Yay go me!
