I am doing great with the exercise, but now have to move my attention to my eating. I could use a lot of attention there. I have been contemplating the introduction of a nutritionist. I think it would be helpful in many different ways. Not only would I learn about portion sizes and other important information, but I also would have someone to oversee my progress. Having someone that I don't want to disappoint would be most motivating.
Well, hopefully I can look into that some day soon. I have set a pre-planned meal plan for tomorrow and I hope to stick to it. I know it will be difficult, but I will have to just try. I will be very happy if I just stay away from the soda.
