Mid week meanderings

So far so good! The scale was good to me..Ya, I know, it's not supposed to be about the numbers, but when you have as many to lose as I do, the numbers DO matter.
Energy level is good. Tackled Week 5 of c25K and kicked it! I finished Day 3 about 2 hrs ago and still can't believe I ran for a full 20 minutes..I was dripping sweat and completely soaked, but like Spark buddy Montana Ed said..sweatin's a good thing!
Really trying to apply the "visualize yourself at your goal" techniques..to stave off the starting niggles of some cravings for junk food ( chips, crunch, salt)..I did have some popcorn , but its JUST not the same.
I keep looking for changes in my body, but that "buddha belly bulge" is still there..I know I gotta get going on some strength training,,,but ..YUCK. Guess I will tackle THAT one a bit later..
So ends my meandering mid week post....
