Less than 1 month ago I wigged bc I had gained 6# in a few months. The nutritionist told me in was not from the supplement (to help stomach ailment) I was taking. Well here I am off that supp and trying another one THE SCALE IS DOWN to less than I was on Jan 1 of this year! YAY!! I have been stressed from work and not working out the past 2 weeks and have not tracked in who knows how long. Maybe it was all just water weight?? I dunno but I'm not complaining. I'm hoping this will put a positive spin on things for me and I can continue the ride DOWN! Back to the gym tmrw...and back to tracking food....NOW!

    Right, if you don't track you don't know. I hate not knowing, so I always track. If the task ahead is daunting (like it was for me), I found getting one habit at a time built was key. The first is tracking. My first month, I did nothing but watch calories like a hawk. Didn't care about carbs, proteins, eating breakfast, eating late .... but I watched and logged EVERY bite. Didn't do a lick of cardio either ... lost the most weight ever that month. Diet is 80-90% of this. Hitting the gym will not erase bad food choices. I learned all of this the hard way over many years, so I hope this helps you a little.
