spinning today!

I'm still hanging tight to the small weight loss and using that motivation to fuel me this week. Last night was a challenge as my fellow classmates ate muffins and bread with NUTELLA and bananas in front of me. I had my apple and decaf coffee with splenda. Pretty happy about that! I'm down almost 2 pounds since starting this plan...yay! Tonight I'm going to spin class after work. emoticon
