27 day update

Ok, so I was going to get on here and complain because after all I've only lost .6 lbs since last week. Then I had to think about it. First and for most, hey that is still over half a lb. Second, it's TOM so well a little extra weight can be expected. Third, even though I stayed for the most part in my calorie limits I still ate junk off and on. So I think it was a combonation of things that made me not lose as much as I wanted. Some of it my own fault, some of it not. I'm going to keep plugging along and not get discouraged. .6 is better than nothing.

Life is still good. :)

    I lost .5 this week and am very happy with that--anything that is not a gain is a good thing. emoticon

    Life is good and we just must not every give up! Any amount of a loss is much better than a gain!
