Making It Happen in May!

My sparkfriend, SISTAK, inspired me. She had a great list of goals for May, and it really made me want to do the same. For me, it's mostly going to be getting back to basics. I fell off the wagon quite a bit through the month of April, and a new month is great for a new start, and I'm right on track.

*Log everything that goes in my month.
*Measure everything, not just eyeball it and hope I'm close
*If we eat out, ask for a box at the beginning of meals for foods I know are excessive.
*Lose 5 pounds this month.
*Try to get in at least 15 minutes of gazelle time a day, and preferably an hour in every other day.
*Reward myself (non-food, of course) once a week.

    It's always good to get back to basics! I'm guilty of eyeballing the portions too. I think maybe I will go back to weighing and measuring also. My biggest down fall lately has been peanut butter! Just have had a craving for it and I desire more than the serving size! LOL! I'm also guilty of eating the same thing over and over and over again day after day after day! Love to eat the same things! emoticon
