Making It Happen in May!

My sparkfriend, SISTAK, inspired me. She had a great list of goals for May, and it really made me want to do the same. For me, it's mostly going to be getting back to basics. I fell off the wagon quite a bit through the month of April, and a new month is great for a new start, and I'm right on track.
*Log everything that goes in my month.
*Measure everything, not just eyeball it and hope I'm close
*If we eat out, ask for a box at the beginning of meals for foods I know are excessive.
*Lose 5 pounds this month.
*Try to get in at least 15 minutes of gazelle time a day, and preferably an hour in every other day.
*Reward myself (non-food, of course) once a week.
