Since My Epiphany

I wrote a couple of weeks ago (Apr. 9 to be exact) about my epiphany - that all the successful people on SP have stayed at or better than 80% compliance on their food programs. I decided to check my SparkSummary Calendar (on the middle left of the Start page) to see how I was doing and was shocked to find my compliance had only been 63% (76% when adding in the days I was only 30 or 40 calories off).

So, my goal became staying within my calorie range better than 80% of the time. Here's my record to date:

Jan (15 days - joined on the 16th) - 81.3%
Feb. - 71.4%
Mar. - 74.2%
Apr. - 86.7%

So, I am doing much better now! it's amazing how little it takes to get off track, and easy it is to think I am doing great! So, the proof is in the pudding - tracking accurately daily is the only way for me! I will continue to monitor my SparkSummary Calendar - it has tons of great information on it! I wish I'd found it earlier, but at least I found it!

    By the way, how do you calculate the compliancy percentage? I visited my calendar but didn't see such a number so I assume you must have figured it out yourself? Your help would be most greatly appreciated.

    i know that honestly tracking what I eat makes a huge difference in my progress! Those numbers make me stay within my calorie range daily (most of the time).
