New month, new week, new focus

Well we are two days into the new month, and I feel re-energized. It was a real challenging week last week, but that's in the past.
I made a committment to myself that I would refocus , and I have. I bought a "girlie" type journal and have written some very specific goals, some to do with healthy choices, some to do with activity and some to do with rewards I am offering myself..
I tacked W5D1 of the couch to 5K program, and really enjoyed it. So far, the hamstring has not "awoken" so I am hoping the extra stretching exercises have helped..
I did a hard core, hard as I could pedal on my bike for 40 full minutes. I love the trail I can ride on and had set myself a challenge to cover my circuit in the fastest time ever, and I did!
Ya, it's weigh day tomorrow..Trying not to care..
I have no expectations from that scale, since it was such a challenge..but that's okay , these last two days have started my new month, new week, new focus!!!!
