May goals

I did not do well on the positive goal for April so I am still have that goal to work on!
Tape test tomorrow -by the way my clothes fit I know I will be shocked at the inches lost in April,
To go from 15 miles a week to 18 miles a week.
To get the full calories in on the weekends- I have trouble not eating enough on the weekends-to busy!
May- I want to try at least to new things I have been wanting to do, but have been to scared I would look awful or stupid at my size!
I want to apply for a part time job for the summer, to help with another goal-saving money and getting out of debt.
How about your May goals?

    Well you saw my weekly goals but all in all it's working out a lot and losing weight! Sticking to whatever eating I need to stick to in order to get the job done - we can do this!

    I have not yet set May goals - maybe that should be a goal! I did not do well on some of my goals. I did not cut sodium. I did not try a new exercise dvd that I committed to trying. I did do well on eating - I am very happy about that. But I did not do well on new recipes - I want to keep that one. I am coming to peace with my exercise - I want to add more walking myself. I like that you are increasing yours - good goal.
    May is so hectic this year with kids exams and graduation that I think my main goal is to survive. Good luck with your goals!

    Sounds awesome! I love tape tests (mine was on May 1st). Although I always go in with a slightly skeptical attitude, when I compare to last month's results, I'm always shocked!

    I have not thought about doing goals for the month. I like that idea. I have to sit down and think of some that will fit my needs.
