A New Month

There are so many things going on in my life and my head right now and I have been doing pretty decently at dealing with it and pushing forward with my goals. Of course the exercise actually helped that mindset. However, the ENTIRE month of April I was in some kind of stress/depression funk that I just couldn't seem to crawl out of no matter how hard I tried. The first couple of weeks I was still eating right and tracking my food but my exercise just wansn't the same as it had been, then I noticed my eating wasn't quite as good either and this past week, don't even get me started!
Every day I woke up with the mindset that today would be different, back on track. A few days I did pretty decent at doing that but it didn't stick. My fitness minutes the past few months have been between 2000 - 3000 and this month it was just under 1000! Tomorrow is weigh-in day for me and after this past week I am not looking forward to it. Just means I have to kick butt this week, right?
Well this is a new month and I bought 2 new workout DVDs to add to my collection Walk Weight Loss Bootcamp because I love the Leslie DVDs I already own and this was no disappointment either (already did it today) and I purchased dancing with the stars latin cardio dance. I know at right under 300 lbs still that one may be tough but I am still going to try, and try until I get it. :) --- I also joined some team challenges. The Wii Fit Plus team has a olympic challenge going on this month so that should get me moving some every day and the QuickFire Challenge Team(a team everyone should join by the way, they are awesome!) ..they challenge you to something new every day that you do throughout your day to spike your metabolism and fit in exercise where you normally wouldn't. If it weren't for that team my April fitness minutes would have been much MUCH worse.
So, i'm ready for this month. I WILL stay on track. I WILL exercise every day, I WILL track my foods and eat the way I should.
