Just in care you're wonder, I'm on break at the moment! emoticon

The morning started as usual. I broke fast with a muffin, fruit and tea. I warmed up and did my strength training. Then I walked 4 miles instead of the usual 5, which I made up on the treadmill because my route was basically on a flat land and I did the last mile on an incline. Then I had breakfast (mashed sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, broccoli and kielbasa) and sorted papers that I need to go through. I was debating if I should move the boxes I have inside my car back inside because I've found some other things I want to add to them, in addition I will need the space soon to bring my daughter back home, and I will do that after I finish up here. And yes, I will also throw in a load or two (maybe three) of wash.

So far I've just been busy with the normal. Then I get to the fun stuff, continuing to designing my new lifestyle which will probably lead to doing some, ugh, grocery shopping but I have to eat. If I time this right, I may be able to improve the shopping experience and grab a friend who needs to go shopping too.

Okay, that's all for now. Onward and upward...have to keep moving!
