Thank goodness this week is almost over!

Don't know what it is this week, but I will be glad when its over. I have had a distinct lack of energy and focus for meal planning. I have taken advice from the SP articles I have read and approached each day as a new start. Trying to mentally reset myself. I have over eaten on some pasta dishes..not planning the meal content to ensure balanced with veggies and fruit. I haven't exceeded overall calorie count but not thrilled..Guess I would describe it as quantity okay but quality not!
Time to give myself a mental head shake. It's supposed to be sunny and 80 degrees today so its a good reason to take a half day off work, get on my bike and blow this lethargy away!

    This week has been horrible! I was on track to get my 100 miles in April in, but allergies & low energy zapped that! Good luck re-focusing!

    I can truthfully say I know exactly how you feel...I, too, have had a feeling of lack of motivation, lack of energy, lack of something this week.

    I wonder if it's a bit of Spring Fever? I told J that I was just feeling 'burnt out'...time for a vacation...LOL
