I wanted to blog every day but that becomes challenging when I work twelve hour shifts. So I am going to write something four days a week when I am not working. I have decided to try the South Beach diet because I have seen it work for several people. My Grandmother lost 70 pounds with this diet. It helps to completley avoid my addiction , which is sugar and flour. So today has been pretty good and I really think I can do this.
Breakfast: eggs and tomatoes
snack: celery and cottage cheese
lunch: salad w/chicken
snack: almonds
dinner: roast turkey and veggies
dessert: SF popsicle

    Hey there lady!! Blog away!! A few years back, we bought the south beach diet cookbook - lots of good recipes and I think it's probably as close to a diet plan that i've liked and honestly used and incorporated into my own daily lifestyle even after I joined Spark and used their tracker and sparkdiet. So I think it's a great step for you and your sis!! One of my favorite recipes was with rosemary and chicken - so yummy!
