2 more!!!!

I lost 2 more pounds this week!!! I am so motivated to work out now. I want to lose weight and it is not coming off fast enough. That is OK, 2 pounds will be a 100 in a year!!! I am sure I can continue this because I am feeling so good. My wife and I decided to walk the bridge 2 times a week. This bridge is 1.2 across and 1.2 back. We are doing it in 45 minutes or less. There is a steep incline in the middle of this bridge. It crosses the biog river and it's so cool at night with the sun going down!!

On another note I am doing great in my classes. I am working on a science multimedia project on the discovey of DNA and also Roswell. It is really fun to research these things and do a powerpoint on them. I wish I wasn't such a [perfectionist on the powerpoint because I would probably do a lot better but thats the way I am. emoticon

    Great job on losing 2lbs! I think it's great when couples get involved in this together. My hubby and I walk together too, it's a great way to spend quality time together. Keep up the great work! emoticon

    Congrats on the 2 pounds and being so active. I am working my program and figure that any loss is a good loss. At least I am not gaining!!!
