Breakfast - Breakfast burrio / 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2 slice cheddar, 2 tbls salsa, 2 slices turkey bacon, flatout wrap : 312 calories

Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich thin, 1/2 can progresso light chicken noodle: 245 calories

Snack: 2 squares ikea dark chocolate: 36 calories

Snack: 1/2 cup caramel delight fiber one, 1/2 cup 1% milk: 145

Dinner: Teriyaki chicken on a stick, sticky rice balls, green beans & asian vegetables...... 1 slice of strawberry ricotta cheese cake (homemade 190cal a slice): 623 calories

Snack: Sugar free fudge pop - 50

Snack: 3 musketeers mint with dark chocolate mini bar - 100 calories..... I usually dont get the mini candy bars because they are quite a few calories for the portion size... but this week I just really wanted a candy bar. Now I can have one a little bit at a time.

    Its a certain type of rice... japanese sushi rice.... You just cook it the way it says on the bag. The bag I have recomends 1.5 cups of rice to 2 cups water, mix them together in a pot and bring to a boil and then cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. I cool the rice down and then I add - 1/4 cup rice vinagar (get it in the same section as sushi rice and seaweed) and 1 tbls sugar (I used splenda this last time and it came out great).... then you mix it all up, and shape it into balls with your hands.... or you can make sushi, I do that some times but its a pain. This is quick and easy and you dont need a sushi mat.

    If you feeling creative you can put things in the middle of your rice balls, like imitation crab and cream cheese.... make a california roll ball... lol.

    I love to see pictures of what people eat instead of just reading about it so really enjoyed looking at your blog. It looks a lot like what I would eat without the candy and cheesecake (which looks delicious) and instead putting Greek yogurt in place of that, LOL.

    The kids had actually never had my rice balls before... my one year old lyra really liked them and aiden actually ate one (with lots of ketchup) which really surprised me... its hard to get him to try new foods.

    I think its great everyone is getting ideas from my meals. I love looking at other peoples photo food journals too... its so weird how entertaining it is to look at what someone eles eats durring the day. lol.

    My husband thinks Im completely insain for doing this. He just cant fathom anyone wanting to see what I eat durring the day. It is helping me though, I have stayed more on track since starting to do this than any other time durring this year.

    Fun to see your food again. I know you're doing this for you, but it's giving me ideas, too. The rice balls are cute--bet the kids love them that way. :)

    Your meals look filling and delicious. I especially like the breakfast and may try it tomorrow. As for the soup, beware of the sodium. My mother started buying salt free bullion to which she added cooked frozen soup vegetables, and chunks of leftover roasted chicken. Yum!!
