My first day

So today is my first day actually keeping track of what I'm doing. I am sick have a little cold but I'm still keeping up with my eating and exercising. I am one the those people who need a schedule. The second the schedule is off, I don't want to exercise or eat right, which is stupid I know.

But here's little about myself. I am 30yrs old. I am engaged to a very loving man and we have 3yr old little girl, Isaeblla. In Oct we moved in with my sister, brother in law and mom. My mom was dx with Alzheimer's in 2004-2005 and and now is not able to be alone. I am a stay at home so my sister asked if we could move in since my mom was getting worse and her and her husband have full time jobs. It is the biggest struggle of our lives. I am so thankful that my fiancée is so caring and understanding because with my mom it's like having an infant again. And with all the stress of our lives it's so hard for me to just drop everything and workout. I need to get up at 6:30 each morning and work out while everyone is asleep. And I know that stress makes you keep weight on. With all the exhausting days we have ordered take-out alot so since Oct I've gained about 50lbs. I just hope that I'm able to lose it as quick as I put it on. I'm not expecting anyone to read this but it feels really good to just vent.
