Did my weekly measurements, and I'm getting there... slowly but surely. To meet my weight goal (which I admit is probably unrealistic), I would have to lose a pound per week for 13 weeks. So far, with two weeks down, I've only lost one pound. Not quite where I'd want to be, but it's at least in the right direction.
Taking my navel measurement, though, I'm already down 2.5 inches! My seven week goal was only two inches, so I've already blown that out of the water. I figured I would have lost more weight with those inches, though...
My PT said it's probably due to muscle gain. Hopefully so, but I'm suspicious that it might just be water weight... Guess I'll find out next week when I check my body fat % again.
