Slim in 6 - Phase 3 - Burn it Up = KICKING MY BUTT

Wow..BiU is definitely kicking my butt. I can't finish the whole workout!!! I think I'm going to have to go back to RiU for a few days before I jump into BiU again..I've been trying to do BiU but less than half way I feel pooped and don't want to finish it..then I put in 30 day Shred and actually like it a lot more. I really don't want to give up doing Si6 since I'm already half way done..but I don't want to skip out on a good workout because I can't finish :-/..I guess I'll just have to keep on trying until I can get it right..

    You've just got to do it! It doesn't matter if you are sweating like crazy or can't get a good breath. You just persevere and do your best. We all hae the ability to do what it is that we think we aren't able to do. This is what Bob and Jillian from BL mean when they say you have to "Dig down deep". It means you hold it for 1 extra minute even when you think you are going to collapse. You run a little faster even when you want to stop. You pedal a little harder when you are climbing a hill. Your body can do whatever your mind tells it too. I find that in order to get through challenges like these you have to go to a place in your head where you aren't seeing with your eyes. You are almost inside your head working through it. When you are finished, you can come out and appreciate what you've done. I hope I don't sound like a weirdo...sorry.

    Don't give up you can do it. Don't worry if you can't do a full 6 days of BIU. Pause the tape if you have to for a few minutes and then continue. That's what I did when I first got back into Slim in 6 back in November. Be sure to do the Slim & Limber afterwards. Just keep pushing play every day. If you feel you need to go back to RIU, then go ahead for another week. I did a full week of SIU, then 2 weeks of RIU, and then 4 weeks of BIU before moving up to the Slim Series. I have lost 40 lbs. If I can do it, so can you.

    Keep on trying, your already 1/2 way through.
