Taking the stairs......

Well this past thursday was bring your child to work day and I was the chairperson for the event. and as such I had to lead a tour group of children around the building to the different depts and also had to do alot of running around and going up and down the stairs. Well in the past the stairs at work were hard for me to take and I would be all out of breath and my face would be red after climbing them. Well I am happy to report that this past Thursday was different. I didnt get tired and my face wasnt red. I was able to take the stairs with ease. More and more activities that were once hard on me are now being done with ease and no shortness of breath. I am feeling better everyday now that I have lost 31 lbs. I am going to keep going and am hoping to be at least 80 lbs lighter by the end of this yr. So, when I say Merry Christmas I will be in a nice "LITTLE" black dress LOL. emoticon

    This is great news for you! I was at that point myself last year in July and August. I remember how awesome it felt. I'm starting over again this year and I'll be back to that place soon. Good for you. When you go somewhere and they have a elevator, take the stairs instead. That's how it started for me. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
