First Official Bad Day Yesterday

Bleehhhhgh...So yesterday I did everything normal..had breakfast, lunch, and dinner before 7 P.M...had my fruits and veggies..ate healthy..But I ended up going to my boyfriends' moms' house last night and she made Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo Pasta for us..she usually never makes shrimp and always does beef or pork..but she knows that I don't eat beef or pork so she wanted to make something with shrimp so I can eat. She has no idea that I'm watching what/when I eat so I didn't want to be rude and had some (around half a plate)..which probably added an extra 200 calories to my day. Good thing I was still in my daily calorie range..1,463 cal..but I don't want to eat that late again (after 9 P.M.)!

I've eaten after 9 only one other time and it was some soup..but when I got home I worked out right away so it was only a partial fail. But last night we got home so late..around 12..and I was in no mood to do anything...so yesterday was a total fail lolz...my first official bad day after 3 weeks.

Today I'm going to work out longer and harder..and have dinner before 8!

P.S...this morning my boyfriend gave me a compliment and checked me out! (he doesn't do that anymore..after 4 years together lolz..)..AND a friend said that I was looking good!! Gotta keep goingg!!

    This is something that I haven't really figured out yet.
    I beat myself up when I slip like you did that night. I shouldn't but I do. I've only had 3 slip nights since starting on March 1st and each time I kicked my ass with exercise the next day.
    It's great that your BF noticed your efforts AND was checking you out. haha. I'm hoping my wife does the same when she gets back from Japan in June. I'm working hard to see if she notices a difference when she returns. It's part of my goal.

    So I guess the message I want to get out to you is not to be so hard on yourself when you break your routine. I feel like such a hypocrite. Life isn't always a routine and it's gonna get broken every now and then so what's most important is to enjoy these breaks and get back on track when you are done. Don't get mad. Get active! haha

    We all have days like that...mine isn't even behind me this week. It will be this Thursday, I have a company spring fling function and there will be too many calories count...between the drinks and the food. It will be not so good. But I am going to choose the better of the foods as opposed to the worse ones and then working out extra hard this week combined with watching what I eat the rest of the week too.
    Don't sweat it! My theory is just don't do it 2 days in a row, If you have a bad day make sure then next is really good.
