Most challenging day in 4 months! Why?

Sunday, April 25, 2010

I am suprised at myself today. I have an empty house for a few hours..( Son is at work, hubby has gone for week training course about 4 hrs away and he dropped daughter off at airport on the way to start her month long Europe trip) and ALL I can think about is eating..I have been to the fridge about 6 times in the last 2 hrs..There are left over bacon/cheese burgers, a package of cheese filled tortellin..all tempting me..The cupboard is full of potato chips and sun chips..their voices adding to the chorus..Not to mention the basket full of Easter chocolate my daughter left here, since she moved all her stuff back home while on her summer break..
Why is this happening today? Do I go ahead and binge. log it and startover tomorrow? As I type this I have on my workout clothes, so perhaps I will head downstairs and try out my new bike trainer...Its pouring today and cold, so outside is not an option...Maybe on my journey I will find my will power and silence those snack food voices that are yelling!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just tell those evil snack food voices to HUSH! A little exercise is a great way to get past those cravings. Heck, maybe even some glasses of water to make you feel a bit fuller and not want those goodies as much.

Stay strong - you can do it... We are behind you 100%

    Onwards...

Good luck! I have the same problem daily. I just take one day at a time. Today has been pretty good. Yesterday, not so much. Just log all your foods so you are honest with yourself! I hope that you went to do some exercising! emoticon
