Have been stuck at 28 pounds for over 3 weeks. O.M.G. I was so frustrated and disheartened, but kept walking and doing strength training as normal. Finally started tracking religiously again and guess what, was barely making 1000 calories a day. Some (okay most) were 800-900. Woops! So goes guessing. I increased calories and within 3 days had finally hit my 30, yay! I've been so busy the past couple of days, had trouble hitting them again. I MUST plan out menus and stick to them. This is such a foreign concept to me, actually trying to increase my intake. I get so used to cutting everywhere that unless I track, I cut too much. Go figure. I'm way behind "schedule" now, but trying not to be discouraged and trying to focus on how far I've come. Did you know that I can walk up the hill beside my house now at a pretty good clip and not be sucking the leaves off the trees??!! ha That is a major accomplishment and I'm actually quite proud of it. Thanks to all of you ('specially Sheila!) who keep me motivated and encouraged here on SP. May God bless you richly.

That was what was happening to me. I wasn't eating enough fat which sound so strange, but does make a difference. The nutrition tracker is wonderful and I love using it as well. Keep up the good work! Sending some sunshine your way for the weekend..... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
