I was so motivated to resume the C25K program ( from reading all the posts and encouragement from my March 15th starters team) that I headed down to the treadmill to try it.
I decided to start at W3, since the longest running interval is 3 minutes. It went great! I felt some tightness in the hamstring, but np pain. I made sure I did some specific hamstring stretches for my cool down. Then, it was such a nice day, I went for a 30 minute bike ride. So far , so good, so I am cautiously optimistic I can resume running next week!
