Everyone I need some help. My thighs are my biggest problem. I am walking six days out of a week but does anyone have any suggest on exercise that I can do at home? The problem area is the inner and back parts of my thighs.

    I applaud you for walking 6 days a week! I'm trying to get back to walking and boy 30 minutes almost killed me.

    Does walking sometimes strengthen the thighs?

    As suggested you should check out some of the Sparkpeople exercises.

    I have big thighs too :(

    I've noticed my butt shrinking and even my tummy area, but the thighs are only budging a little to the slimmer side. I've only been at this since January 11th and I'm hoping if I keep at it longer they'll shrink more.

    I use my Tony Little gazelle, elliptical trainer, and recumbant bike plus walking.

    Have you checked out the sparkpeople exercises? I had big thighs, and what helped me was walking on treadmill. Have you tried stationary bike? that also helped me before.
    Girlfriend, I sympathize with you! a lot of it could be our blessed heritage :)
