I absolutley know that I must excercise. Without it I simply will not lose any weight. Last week I started taking a walk every day on my lunch. This week, I have done the same and added some exercise in the evening too. My gym membership expired and I don;t have the money to renew it, so I rented a couple DVD's from the library and I bought a Dancing with the Stars DVD. I did 35 minuted of it tonight and although I can feel all the muscles in my legs I feel so energized.
