All I want to be is dense

I don't really care if I weigh 400 pounds, as long as I get back into a size 12!
After loosing 22 pounds since Dec 29, this is where I am at the moment...
The Bad News: I have weighed between 207 and 210 for the last two weeks even though I am exercising three times a day and eating around 1,500 cals a day. I have been "stepping it up" but alas, I have stalled at one spot on the scales. I've added a pedometer to my outfit and am logging 10,000+ everyday. I ride my bike to work where I walk up 16 flights of stairs over a work day. I walk an hour with my guy and do push-ups & squats with the wii. This is all very well, but seriously, exercising is very out of character for me, it'd be nice to loose a pound or two.
The Good News: Despite this, I am loosing inches. Well, at least I think I am loosing inches. I really should measure myself someday. I am wearing clothes that haven't fit in a very long time. Clothes that fit back when I weighed 180 pounds, not 207.
So all I can figure is I am getting denser but not any lighter - I know I should be really happy that I am wearing some of my skinnier clothing but really, I would like to see a number UNDER 200 when I weigh myself. Even 199, I am not that picky.
