Today was good...

I've had one doozy of a week! But I think I have myself grounded now and today was a really good day. I've been eating like I should and I already got my workout done. In fact, I'm thinking of working out with something different later when my husband takes the children to the ball field for practice.
But it just feels SO much better when I eat like I should. I am ashamed of slipping into old habits, but they WILL NOT stick. I worked too hard and too long on creating new good habits, that I don't even want to think about going back there.
