Changing my Goal Weight, I am fine with being a size 7-8

Friday, April 23, 2010

I know that I have been losing weight at a steady rate and think that I will set a new goal of 145 instead of 140. I think that 140 lbs will be to small for my frame type. I am glad at the progess I have made and see where my journey will leave me. I am more toned and feeling better with each day. I have been Organic for 2.5 months and am still amazed at the way I feel and how my body reacts. You are what you eat and if you treat your body well, it will return the favor.

    You're looking good girl!!

I'm not sure if you have them near you but you may want to look into farms and farmers markets. A lot of farms around here are opening up this weekend. I like to pick a lot of fruit during the summer from local farms...I get a workout and fresh fruit :) then I freeze them and use them for smoothies. You can do the same with produce too, and it's usually really cheap....I can pick a gallon of strawberries for $6-8.

Yeah, I chose 175 lbs as my goal weight but I know that when I get around 185-195 that I most likely will be okay with that because being fit & toned is what I want in the end - weight won't matter as much down the road!

    Congrats - you're looking GREAT!

Amen to that. You look great and if you keep on track with your healthy habits, your body will settle in at the size and weight that is best for you.
    Keep up the good work!
