Week 17 - Still going strong

So I lost another pound this week. I was hoping for 2 BUT I'll take the 1. I feel so much better now that the scale is consistently going down. My fear now is that I will start to get full of myself and start "cheating". Case in point, yesterday at the grocery store I got a chocolate chocolate dipped donut. Did I need the donut? No but I ate it and it really wasn't that good. I have to stop that. In my head, I was saying, I can eat this and still lose weight. Yes maybe once but I can't keep doing that or that 1 donut will become a lot more of everything else. So this week before I put anything in my mouth I will ask myself will this help or hurt me toward my goal.
So my goal for next week is 2lbs. I feel like Harvey on Celebrity Fit Club :-) Well this was a quick blog, I think hubby just woke up the baby. So I'm going to kick him and feed her.
Lillian is doing great. She getting mobile so this weekend is all about baby proofing the house and getting her an area where she can practice crawling. I also will start making her baby food and freeze it. She's getting tired of the Rice cereal so it's time to start mixing other stuff in it.
