We're in Hotlanta for a family wedding. Boy, howdie, that's one long flight from Portland, Oregon! :) And we were smack in the middle of the Crying Baby section. Poor bebes! :( We put on our headphones and our neck pillows and chilled. The family in front of us was so lovely - 9 month old baby girl, beautiful, young happy parents who smiled at each other constantly. Very sweet.
Getting our bearings and finding the hotel - by the time we got here, all restaurants closed, meh. We'd had breakfast, but after that only a 3 oz bag of pretzels each. Bugger! So we ordered room service - and it was lovely. That's a rare treat, since usually, well, room service isn't all it's cracked up to be in movies. They did a lovely job here, though. Southern Hospitality at it's finest, I'd have to say.
Lots of events over the next few days. This is a very fancy-schmancy wedding, as one of our neighbors would say. :) Oh, and my new duds smell lovely, after having half of my bottle of birthday perfume (Prada) leak out in my suitcase. MERDE!
Love you guys - had to hook up with my homies. :)
